Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Blessed Prinx Cosmetics.

1. Returns

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The wrong item was delivered.

NOTE: Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used skincare/cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons).
• Clearance and promotional sale items.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed via Flutterwave within 7–14 working days.
• Store credit or product replacement may also be offered.

4. Exchanges

• If you received the wrong or defective item, we will send a replacement at no extra shipping cost.
